Job Description

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible with at least 2 hours overlapping between 8:00-11:00 AM PST

More than just creating listings, writing copy, or running PPC, they manage end-to-end Amazon growth from strategy to execution.

About The Role

As the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead and scale the hiring efforts as the company continue to grow the e-commerce business. In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across multiple functions, including tech, product, operations, marketing, and commercial teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and knows how to build strong pipelines while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for senior and mid-level roles across multiple functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience
  • Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruiting data
  • Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and regular updates to stakeholders
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements

Must-Have

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for digital marketing, paid media, design, prod development and emerging AI-related roles.
  • Prior experience hiring candidates from PH, EU, LatAm.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (ClickUp is a plus)
  • Works closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate fit
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Nice-to-Have

  • At least 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across different time zones.
  • Managed pipelines and recruitment workflows using ATS or project management tools.
  • Familiarity with startup or scale-up environments
