Role Purpose:
Key accountabilities:
Responding to requests from NCC Group's clients for compliance related information, including the completion of due diligence questionnaires, reviewing client information security requirements, and supporting legal contract reviews containing compliance aspects (upon completion of training)
Contributing to the development of compliance support documents
Supporting the Global Standards & Support team to ensure that key certifications are implemented, managed, and maintained across the wider group. A key part of this role will be supporting the implementation of the following: ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
Responsible for arranging and facilitation of external audits in relation to ISO standards
Supporting the continual improvement of our Information Security Management System, Quality Management System and any internal controls impacting on information security, quality management and data privacy
Responsible for the maintenance and development of the core knowledge base through engagement with respective subject matter experts across the wider organisation.
This role will also look to provide exposure to key parts of the Global Standards & Support function to support:
Preparation and delivery of parts of NCC Group's internal compliance awareness training
Monitoring incident management reports and escalating material concerns within the team

Minimum Requirements:
Holds an interest in developing a career in compliance, with an understanding of the importance the role plays within the wider business and a willingness to learn and develop new skills, work with stakeholders (both externally and across all areas of the business) and proactively seek to improve policies and processes
A broad understanding of quality standards and associated principles
A broad understanding of information security risks, issues and measures
Effective interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills and an ability to communicate effectively with both an internal and external audience
Strong written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the experience to continually prioritise and respond to the changing needs of the business
A pragmatic approach and the ability to adapt to change as the organisation continues to expand globally
