We're currently hiring a Global Sales Manager to lead and scale our international sales team. This is a remote role offering up to 170,000/month, with a schedule covering day to mid-shift and occasional weekends to support AU and UK markets.

About the Role:
This senior-level leadership position requires a hands-on and highly reliable manager with deep experience in outbound telesales, customer retention, and cash collections. You'll lead a global team of remote sales agents, driving acquisition, performance training, and retention efforts across AU and UK time zones.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and manage high-performing remote sales teams
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and cash collection efforts
- Deliver structured coaching and performance management across time zones
- Report KPIs and insights to leadership, optimizing sales workflows and tools
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of Sales Experience (with 5+ in senior management)
- Proven track record in scaling and leading remote outbound sales teams
- Strong background in sales training, coaching, and retention strategy
- Experience with CRMs and collaboration tools (Salesforce, Go High Level, Aircall, etc.)
- Ability to work weekend shifts and Philippine holidays as required
- Excellent communication skills and leadership presence in a remote setting
