Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented GRI Analyst to join our Global Risk & Integrity (GRI) team. This role will be instrumental in designing, maintaining, and evolving dashboards and metrics that support enterprise-wide compliance monitoring, privacy risk management, and inclusion initiatives (iBelong). The ideal candidate is passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights and thrives at the intersection of governance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Privacy Monitoring

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor regulatory compliance across business units.
  • Track key privacy metrics including data subject requests, breach trends, and third-party risk indicators.
  • Collaborate with Legal, IT, and Data Governance teams to ensure metrics align with evolving regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

iBelong Metrics & Inclusion Insights

Coordination and Management of Activities

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, facilitate communications across global teams, and track and manage budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and report on charitable donations and partnerships with nonprofit organizations and key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with corporate social responsibility goals.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect and analyze ERG metrics to assess engagement, impact, and growth.
  • Develop ERG dashboards and visual reports to support leadership visibility and strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze survey data, engagement scores, and ERG trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create regular reports on iBelong and ERG activities and outcomes to share with key stakeholders.

Collaboration and Strategic Support

  • Partner with HR and iBelong teams to design dashboards that measure inclusion and belonging across the organization.
  • Support storytelling with data to drive leadership engagement and support.

Data Strategy & Reporting

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and automation across GRI dashboards.
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and contribute to quarterly risk and inclusion reports.

Presentations

  • Assist with developing PowerPoint presentations for board and leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Risk Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in compliance, privacy, or DEI domains.
  • Proficiency in dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data manipulation (SQL, Excel).
  • Strong PowerPoint, ChatGPT and AI skills to build visually and content compelling presentations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ESG or GRI reporting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI governance or responsible AI metrics.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Workday, Power BI, SmartSheet or Excel to create dashboards and reports.
  • Passion for inclusion, with a data-informed approach to driving change.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with scheduling and time management using tools like calendars, project management software, and reminders to keep track of important dates and deadlines.
  • Comfortable developing presentations that communicate outcomes and opportunities for growth, providing clear insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
