Lennor Metier Consulting is urgently recruiting a Global Procurement Lead (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, Consulting and Contractor Services)

Salary Range: Open

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Cabuyao, Laguna

The role

This role is primarily responsible for strategically sourcing and managing professional services (like HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Consulting) and overseeing a significant global spend (estimated at $50M).

Your Responsibilities

The position requires the incumbent to:

  • Lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiation for key professional services.
  • Develop and execute global category strategies after conducting thorough spend analysis and supplier segmentation.
  • Establish various pricing models (e.g., fixed fee, hourly) and advise internal stakeholders on the best commercial decisions.
  • Oversee the global spend to ensure cost optimization, compliance, and top-tier supplier performance.
  • Manage supplier relationships through annual business reviews and performance scorecards.
  • Support/manage procurement needs for manufacturing factories, design centers, and service centers worldwide, which may include processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven success in building strategic supplier relationships.
  • A proactive, decisive, and professional approach to problem-solving and adapting to changing requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of purchasing and electronic manufacturing processes.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency with key procurement/ERP systems like SAP or Ariba, and strong PC skills (Excel, Word).
  • People management skills to train, mentor, and develop a team of buyers.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement or commodity management, preferrable at professional services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing US$30M+ spend in professional services.
  • Experience in supply chain management in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Developing and deploying comprehensive category and commodiy strategies.
  • Collaborating with business leaders or other stakeholders to implement strategies and sourcing initiatives.
  • Commodity Spend Analysis.
  • Supplier Contract management.
  • Supporting Procure to Pay process including PO issuance and supplier shipment.
  • Experience in a very high growth rate electronic business is preferred.
