We're looking for a Global Process & Strategy Supervisor who thrives in complexity, moves quickly, and isn't afraid to challenge how things have always been done. This is a temporary assignment designed to support key business initiatives, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on business needs and performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across global healthcare customer support operations
- Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and implement scalable, high-impact solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational and system enhancements
- Translate business challenges into clear, actionable strategies
- Develop process documentation, training, and tools to support adoption
- Use data to inform decisions and measure success
- Play a key role in shaping how healthcare customer support and systems operate today and, in the future.

Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Strong Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
