You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

Key responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholder across Talent and Learning processes
  • Lead COE (Center of Excellence) calls and build strong, credible relationships, and proactively identify needs of stakeholders



Project Management

  • Lead and manage multiple Talent & Learning projects. Be able to drive timelines, track deliverables, and ensure quality outcomes
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and progress; Identify risks and propose solutions proactively





Process Improvements

  • Act as champion on the process improvement across Talent and Learning
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives



Communication & Materials Development

  • Develop clear, engaging materials (guides, comms, etc)
  • Translate complex processes into simple, understandable messaging





What we are looking for:

  • Background in Talent and/or Learning processes
  • Background in Service now and Workday experience
  • Background in analyzing data and/or handling reports
  • Background in developing communication materials
  • Experience in project management or handling multiple initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Team player, proactive, and self-driven
  • High sense of ownership and accountability
