You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
Key responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholder across Talent and Learning processes
- Lead COE (Center of Excellence) calls and build strong, credible relationships, and proactively identify needs of stakeholders
Project Management
- Lead and manage multiple Talent & Learning projects. Be able to drive timelines, track deliverables, and ensure quality outcomes
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and progress; Identify risks and propose solutions proactively
Process Improvements
- Act as champion on the process improvement across Talent and Learning
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives
Communication & Materials Development
- Develop clear, engaging materials (guides, comms, etc)
- Translate complex processes into simple, understandable messaging
What we are looking for:
- Background in Talent and/or Learning processes
- Background in Service now and Workday experience
- Background in analyzing data and/or handling reports
- Background in developing communication materials
- Experience in project management or handling multiple initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Team player, proactive, and self-driven
- High sense of ownership and accountability
