Become an expert on Lazada in-house proprietary seller AI chatbot product
Apply data analysis techniques to analyze logs and user feedback to improve resolution rate and seller satisfaction of AI products
Develop and maintain operational processes for all requirements and enhancements
Use project management methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring and control
Convert seller insight into business action plan
Collaboration with Seller Experience team to gather new requirements & refine business requirements for new/existing domain enhancements
Connecting technology, products, operations and other teams to drive for business change
Job Requirements
A well-rounded professional with 2+ years of working experience relating to product management, product operations or eCommerce operations
Bachelor's degree in AI/Engineering/Mathematics/Business/Economics from a top university is a plus
Strong interest and belief in AI technology
Proficiency in AI prompt writing is a plus
Strong understanding of e-commerce seller operations is highly preferred (e.g. online store management, order fulfillment, promotions, logistics, after-sales support).
Familiarity with seller pain points and business workflows across the seller journey (listing, pricing, order management, payments, and dispute handling)
Ability to translate seller business needs into chatbot flows, AI logic, or operational requirements
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, seller feedback, and performance metrics
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations, and Business teams
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced e-commerce environment - Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple projects concurrently
