We are seeking a qualified professional based in the Philippines to support our global teams. This role will assist sales and operations with tasks such as purchase order processing, quote creation, customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, engaging with existing customers, and supporting prospecting activities.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, remote role at Sycomp. The Global Inside Sales professional manages the end-to-end sales order lifecyclefrom customer quotations through final delivery and issue resolution. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment while serving as a key liaison between customers, sales, logistics, and supply chain teams. A core responsibility includes proactively managing and reporting backorders to maintain customer satisfaction and optimize inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and Quote Processing: Process customer orders and generate accurate, compliant quotations.
  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination: Monitor order status, collaborate with logistics teams, and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Backorder Management & Reporting: Track backorders, provide customer updates, generate reports, and prioritize fulfillment.
  • Customer Service & Communication: Serve as the primary contact for order- and quote-related inquiries and issues.
  • Invoicing & Accounting Support: Assist with investigating discrepancies between purchasing, receiving, and accounts payable systems.
  • Process Improvement & Analysis: Analyze order metrics and contribute to process and workflow improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 23 years of experience in sales order management, quote processing, logistics, or an IT-related role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Background working with an IT distributor, reseller, or vendor
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated commitment to satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results
  • Effective collaboration with all levels of the organization and external vendors
