About this Position In this role, you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Henkel's product digital media assets from collecting input, managing creative production, and ensuring quality approvals to enabling seamless upload into global Digital Asset Management System (DAM) of Henkel. You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, creative production team, and digital platforms, supporting e-Commerce and B2C/ B2B business initiatives of Henkel Adhesive Technologies. Your work will ensure product content reaches the market with speed, accuracy, and consistency while contributing to Henkel's digital transformation journey.
What Youll Do
- Project & Workflow Management
- Lead the creation and delivery of digital assets (packshots, application images, how-to and FAQ visuals, product videos) for B2C and B2B businesses of Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
- Standardize workflows for asset creation, approvals, and classification.
- Manage timelines, scope, and priorities across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Ensure all outputs comply with Henkel global brand guidelines and standards.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collect input for assets creation from global and local marketing teams, product teams, packaging teams & artwork teams.
- Serve as the central connector between creative in-house agency, the global AQC (Adhesive Technologies Customer Experience) function, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate review and approval cycles, consolidating feedback and securing timely sign-offs. Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Oversee asset uploads, metadata tagging, and quality control in Henkel's DAM platform.
- Ensure proper structuring and synchronization of assets with upstream systems and digital platforms (e.g. Product Information Management (PIM), RAQN Frontend).
- Assist in DAM platform upgrades and asset migration projects, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
- Support the rollout of improved DAM processes and adoption across SBUs. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain dashboards or trackers to provide visibility into asset delivery, DAM activity, and project status.
- Track KPIs such as DAM upload compliance, approval cycle speed, and project turnaround.
- Provide regular updates to SBUs and global teams.
- Proactively escalate risks and propose mitigation strategies
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management within marketing operations, digital asset management, or creative production.
- Strong knowledge of DAM systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.
- Energetic, proactive, hands-on approach with strong analytical skills and a can-do attitude. Excellent English communication skills.
