Lead complex and multi-phase contracting projects across procurement agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Independently redline, draft, and negotiate legal terms, escalating only high-risk items or issues outside playbook guidance.
Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, ensuring alignment with sourcing managers and that negotiated terms are clearly documented in agreements.
Mentor and coach peers and junior contracting staff, sharing best practices and building contracting capability within the team.
Act as a primary contracting contact for client stakeholders, building trust and providing clear, solution-oriented advice.
Contribute to updates of contracting playbooks, templates, and governance processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
Prepare, update, and disseminate information on contract status, compliance, risks, and modifications, partnering with cross-functional teams including Legal, COE, and Sourcing.
Champion AI and digital tools, applying enterprise-approved assistants to streamline redlining, contract clause review, and reporting.
Tailor communications for diverse audiences, including executives, stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional partners.
Manage multiple concurrent contracting workstreams, balancing priorities across dynamic and matrixed environments.
Job Qualifications
College Graduate
Has 5 years of relevant work experience in Contracts Management, Procurement, and Global Sourcing.
At least 3 years supervisory experience
Knowledgeable in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Willing to work on night shift schedule as required
