Purpose:
The Global Content Manager at Xerox will lead the planning, creation, governance, and
optimization of content that supports Xerox's global marketing strategy, digital
transformation efforts, and brand storytelling. This content will be used by the Xerox Global
Bid Centre and sales professionals in client proposals and RFx responses
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global content strategy aligned with Xerox's business
- objectives.
- Establish content standards, guidelines, workflows, and governance structures.
- Oversee creation of global content such as product launch materials, case studies,
- website copy, blogs, and sales enablement assets.
- Ensure all content is high-quality, customer-centric and aligns to any compliance
- requirements.
- Maintain a library of Xerox accreditations and certifications (e.g ISO9001)
- Lead localization strategy to ensure cultural and linguistic resonance of all content,
- aligned to the resources
- Partner with global marketing, product teams, creatives, and external agencies
- Engage with SMEs across all areas of the business to ensure that relevant content is
- captured and updated
- Run a regular Open Forum within the Global Bid Centre to review new content, gain
- feedback from the team on gaps
- Manage content within Xerox's content management platforms and digital
- experience tools.
Background, Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in content management or B2B content marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and analytics skills. Creativity
- Experience in enterprise technology, digital services, or B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content workflows.
- Strategic thinking
- Experience of the selling cycle of services value propositions at C-level
- Understand sales pain points on content and information and respond accordingly
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, and lead, in a matrix management
- environment
- University degree.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PMI, Lean Six Sigma) an advantage
