Main Responsibilities:
- Leverage previous experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs) is advantageous but not mandatory; experience in industry or practice settings is also valuable.
- Eager to expand international exposure by working with and auditing clients across multiple jurisdictions within EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in preparing accurate and compliant financial statements.
- Assist in maintaining and developing key client relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Design, plan, and execute audit and accounting projects efficiently.
- Ensure timely and within-budget completion of assignments.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Lead and manage teams during assignments, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Possess working knowledge of Caseware for accounts preparation.
- Experience with electronic auditing tools is a plus.
- Hold a recognized accounting qualification with a solid understanding of GAAP.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, including report writing and proficiency in Excel.
- Demonstrate commercial and business acumen.
- Show a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Maintain a genuine interest in IFRS and financial reporting, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry developments.
Skills and Attributes:
- Recognized accounting qualification.
- Background in auditing.
- Experience in a top-tier (Big 4 or equivalent) practice.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification practical experience in auditing or financial statement preparation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments effectively.
