Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop automated tools to support the operations using the power tools, service now and other available tools available in the company.
- Create automated dashboards for Operations.
- Support the enhancements of existing tools available in the Operations.
- Perform exception handling and support for the errors encountered by the team
Qualifications:
- BS Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in BPO/Shared service organization
- With basic knowledge in finance
- Expert in automation development and deployment
- Expert in Business Intelligence Solutions particularly in the use of Power tools: power app and power BI
- Experience in macro and VBA
Other Details:
- Shift – Must be available in Mid shift
- Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work
- Location is in BGC Taguig
- The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
- Employment Arrangement: Project Based ( 6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
