Global BD Assistant (Lead Generation & KOL Outreach)——Philipines Region
Job Responsibilities
- Global Lead Sourcing: Proactively identify and scout cryptocurrency-related KOLs, community leaders, and market analysts worldwide using social media platforms (Twitter/X, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram), industry rankings, and competitor analysis.
- Multi-channel Outreach & Ice-breaking: Execute initial business outreach (ice-breaking) via email, Direct Messages (DMs), and community engagement. Present basic exchange policies and qualify partnership intent.
Requirements
- Crypto Industry Experience: Prior experience in a cryptocurrency exchange (e.g., Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, etc.) is highly preferred. Deep understanding of exchange operations, rebate/affiliate structures, and BD workflows.
- Data Proficiency: Exceptional information retrieval skills; expert in using Google Search Operators and various data mining tools.
- Communication & Efficiency: Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to craft tailored outreach scripts for KOLs from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong execution and the ability to thrive in high-frequency outreach environments.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English as a working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Russian, Korean, Vietnamese, etc.) is a significant plus.
- Tools & Automation: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with web scraping tools, automation workflows, or CRM systems to extract KOL data and analyze performance metrics is a significant plus.
- Personal Attributes: Result-oriented and self-driven. Possess the patience and focus required for the intensive prospecting phase, with the ability to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment.
