About Milestone Localization:

We're a professional translation agency, specialising in providing translations to three sectors: medical device, eLearning and manufacturing.

Milestone Localization has three ISO certifications and partners with 400+ global businesses to provide reliable language services in over 70 languages.

We're looking for an account manager to own and grow our existing accounts.

About the role:

We're looking for someone to manage our existing accounts.

This means owning and growing revenue from existing customers by managing relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

This is a remote position.

You will manage accounts across domains and regions, with a primary focus on USA and Europe. The main industries will be medical devices and market research.

Responsibilities:

  1. Owning and growing current account: this includes creating quotes, following up, checking in, sending updates, collecting feedback, and following up on payments.
  2. Creating quotes and coordinating with internal teams: creating quotes for new project requests, executing new projects and following up with internal teams for delivery
  3. Revenue growth: cross-selling and upselling to existing accounts, identifying opportunities, and getting referrals. Driving repeat business.
  4. Reporting: creating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Making and updating trackers.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
  2. Global sales experience - USA + Western Europe
  3. Experience using a CRM (Hubspot preferred)
  4. Excellent written and spoken English communication
  5. Attention to details + high agency
