We are seeking a highly skilled, self-directed Senior Go High Level (GHL) Virtual Assistant who can take full ownership of technical, operational, and light marketing tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing complex workflows while communicating effectively with multiple team members.
This role is best suited for someone who can anticipate problems, think critically, test their work before deployment, and keep operations running smoothly without needing daily oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Go High Level (Primary Focus)
Build, update, and optimize workflows, automations, triggers, pipelines, and integrations
Create opt-in pages, email sequences, funnels, and masterclass setups
Test all implementations thoroughly before pushing anything live
Troubleshoot issues with tracking, automations, and user experience
Maintain clean, organized systems and documentation
Operations Support
Assist with Stripe integrations and ensure proper syncing across systems
Connect and streamline tools across the client's existing tech stack
Help manage backend operations related to launches and client programs
Client Support
Support clients with login assistance and simple troubleshooting
Provide clear, friendly communication and ensure client issues are resolved quickly
Flag recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions
Social Media & Community Management
Light Facebook page or group management
Assist with setting up and organizing new communities
Maintain a consistent presence and escalate important messages when needed
Marketing & Launch Tasks
Support standard marketing workflows including opt-in and landing pages, email marketing, and event or masterclass setup
Complete basic funnel QA
Ensure all assets function correctly before launch
Communication & Collaboration
Provide proactive updates without needing follow-up
Communicate with team members before escalating to the client
Maintain clear, polite, and solution-oriented communication across all tasks
Document processes and keep internal systems structured and easy to follow
Mandatory Requirements:
Strong, proven expertise in Go High Level, including building complex automations and integrations MUST
5+ years experience as a Senior VA, Operations VA, or GHL specialist MUST
Demonstrated ability to self-manage with minimal supervision MUST
Excellent judgment on when to escalate vs. when to decide independently
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing many moving parts
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work across multiple systems and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
Experience working directly with CEOs or leadership teams
Background in operations or project coordination
Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make.com, Slack, spreadsheets, CRM systems
Experience supporting launches or online programs
