Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or calls in both German and English.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or account-related concerns.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with related teams for escalations or resolutions.
  • Translate and interpret documents, messages, and instructions between German and English when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality scores, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and data protection standards.
  • Assist with process improvements by providing feedback based on customer insights.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German (B2C1 or native) and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, BPO, or multilingual roles is an advantage. Newbies are welcome to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or ticketing systems is a plus.
