Support event-related administrative logistics such as registrations, communications, and follow-up coordination.
Respond to routine customer service or stakeholder inquiries in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
Prepare clean, presentation-ready documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and simple graphics when needed.
Conduct basic research and compile concise summaries to support internal decision-making.
Track personal workload proactively, surface blockers early, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements

Preferred Skills
Experience maintaining and updating CRM systems or structured databases.
Familiarity with AirTable or similar relational database tools.
Exposure to QuickBooks or comparable accounting software for basic record support.
Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including sorting, filtering, formatting, and simple formulas.

Previous experience supporting events, customer communication, or multi-client administrative workflows.
