Job Description

Lead the end-to-end operations of a manufacturing plant, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and production performance
Drive engineering-led operational excellence, improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing plant utilisation
Take full ownership of P&L performance, including cost control, margin improvement, and delivery of business targets
Oversee technical, engineering, and maintenance functions, ensuring reliability and scalability of operations
Identify and implement process and performance improvements across all areas of the plant
Partner with commercial teams to align production capabilities with customer demand and business growth
Build and develop a high-performing operations and engineering team, with a strong focus on capability and leadership development
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this C-Suite role should have:

Proven experience leading a manufacturing plant or large-scale production operations
Strong background in engineering, technical operations, or process-driven manufacturing environments
Demonstrated track record in driving operational excellence and improving plant performance
Experience managing P&L, cost structures, and operational efficiency
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
Strong leadership capability, with experience building and leading high-performing teams
Worked in a Multinational Company
