Role Purpose

Lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of Super Store's e-commerce business, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage daily operations: inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service.

Drive process optimization and cost efficiency across supply chain and delivery.

Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, delivery times, customer satisfaction).

Lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with company policies.

Implement technology and automation to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

8+ years in operations management, ideally in retail / e-commerce.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Expertise in supply chain, inventory control, and vendor management.

Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving ability.
