General Manager

The General Manager will own day-to-day operations and P&L performance, working closely with the Founder/CEO and CFO. This role is for an operator who thrives on the groundmanaging people, inventory, timelines, and marginswhile helping prepare the business for its next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end operations across hog raising, processing, inventory, logistics, and sales coordination

Own operational P&L, cost control, and margin protection

Manage and develop on-ground teams (farm, processing, store, logistics)

Align harvest schedules with sales and fulfillment readiness

Enforce SOPs on biosecurity, quality, sanitation, and safety

Oversee basic e-commerce operations and order fulfillment coordination

Implement simple operational dashboards and KPIs

Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve efficiency as volume grows

What We're Looking For

58 years experience in operations or supply chain management

Background in hog raising, agri-food, meat, or related supply chains

Proven experience owning P&L or operational cost centers

Exposure to basic e-commerce operations (order flow, fulfillment, inventory sync)

Strong people management skillshands-on, firm, and fair

Comfortable working in Cebu Province and on the ground

Practical, execution-driven mindset (less theory, more action)
