General Accounting Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Accounting Supervisor, based in Makati. The General Accounting Supervisor will oversee and manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, handle fixed asset records, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of accounting data. The role includes supervising daily finance-related operations and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. This position also involves mentoring a team of accounting professionals and supporting audits and other financial reviews.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and a strong understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of Finance and expertise in managing Fixed Assets
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and evaluate financial data
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is an advantage
• Experience in supervising accounting or finance teams is preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools is beneficial
