Handle the overall management of invoice, such as:
Handle invoice payment.
Handle input and cancellation of invoice.
Update sales invoice into QuickBooks (QB).
General filing of invoice
Access returns.
Monitor daily sales.
Handle entry of pullouts to POS.
Conduct sales readings and input data into VAT Relief (Reconciliation of Listings for Enforcement) and QB.
Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting.
Experience Level: Seeking candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Should have proficiency in reconciliation procedures, QuickBooks, managing accounts payable, and developing budgets. A keen eye for detail and strong numeric skills are essential.
Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations, processing invoices, and assisting with budget preparation. Ensure financial compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
