What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, bank reconciliations, and full-cycle financial reporting.
- Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory deductions and government reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Ensure compliance with all BIR filing requirements and other relevant tax regulations.
- Lead the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Provide strategic insights on cost control, profitability, cash management, and overall financial performance to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and efficient financial reporting systems.
- Prepare, monitor, and present budgeting and cash flow reports to the Chief Financial Head.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least3-5 years of accounting experience
- Proven expertise inPhilippine taxation, PFRS, and BIR compliance
- Strong background infull-cycle accounting, payroll management, and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Prior experience inSMEs, real estate, construction, or service industriesis an advantage.
