Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the month end and year end closing processes by preparing closing entries and financial reports
  • Analyzing general ledger
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, standards and regulations in all ledger activities
  • Assisting in preparation of financial statements
  • Reconciling accounts receivables balances to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Monitoring the aging accounts of receivables
  • preparing periodic reports
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Other task delegated by the Finance Manager

Qualification

  • At least a graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience
  • Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to onsite in Taguig.
