The Gardener is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, health, and appearance of gardens, lawns, and landscape areas. This includes planting, watering, pruning, and ensuring that outdoor areas are well-kept and presentable.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscape areas.
- Plant, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants.
- Trim, prune, mow grass, and remove weeds regularly.
- Apply fertilizers, soil treatments, and pest control when needed.
- Monitor plant health and report any disease or damage.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of garden areas.
- Follow instructions from the supervisor and comply with safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must have at least one (1) year of gardening experience.
- Knowledge of basic plant care and landscaping.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Trustworthy, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
