Game Operations Specialist

1. Game Ecosystem Management & Operations

Lifecycle Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Slot/E-games sector, including game integration, configuration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and routine maintenance to ensure absolute system stability.

Traffic & Layout Optimization: Optimize game lobby layouts and recommendation strategies based on the specific characteristics of different Game Providers (e.g., JILI, PG Soft, FC). Aim to maximize Click-Through Rates (CTR) and user conversion.

2. Philippines Market Insight & Competitor Analysis

Local Market Deep Dive: Conduct in-depth research into the local Filipino gambling culture. Continuously monitor the dynamics of key competitors (such as PlayTime, CasinoPlus) and top-performing games in the market.

Trend Analysis: Analyse local user preferences regarding game themes, art styles, and mechanics (e.g., Megaways, Hold & Win, Scatter features). Produce regular competitor analysis reports to support decisionmaking for new game acquisitions and differentiation strategies.

3. Data-Driven Operational Planning

Core KPI Monitoring: Establish and maintain a daily/weekly/monthly monitoring system for key operational metrics, including DAU, PCU, Bet Amount, GGR, RTP, Retention Rate, and LTV.

Data Analysis & Decision Making: Utilise data mining to identify business pain points or growth opportunities. (e.g., Analyse the root causes of a decline in a specific game's performance and propose targeted adjustment plans.)

User Segmentation: Develop user segmentation models to formulate precise operational strategies for different user tiers (Whales/High-Rollers, Active Users, and Churned Users).

4. Event Planning & Execution

**Design and execute promotional and revenuegenerating events tailored for Slot players (e.g., Slot Tournaments, Daily Missions, Rebate/Turnover campaigns).

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Tech, and Design teams to ensure the efficient execution of operational plans.
