Job Description:

1.Responsible for localized content design and core gameplay planning for Arcade titles.

2.Conduct user research and needs analysis to continuously refine game systems and player experience.

3.Design levels, economy structures, progression systems and balancing models.

4.Drive the end-to-end development process from concept, production, to launch.

5.Focus on retention, monetization and overall UX improvement through ongoing iteration.

Job Requirements:

1.Minimum 3 years game design / planning experience.

2.Familiarity with Arcade, casual or gaming/betting gameplay frameworks.

3.Strong systems design and game economy/numerical design capabilities.

4.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
