We are looking for a Funnel Designer / CRM Specialist with strong GoHighLevel experience to support a U.S.-based alternative media and digital content platform with a large, highly engaged global audience. This role focuses on building clean, scalable systems that convert content audiences into leads, bookings, and long-term customers.

If you enjoy designing high-converting funnels, maintaining organized CRMs, and optimizing automations using data, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-converting funnels in GoHighLevel (landing pages, forms, calendars, upsell/downsell flows)
• Set up and manage CRM pipelines, tags, custom fields, and smart lists
• Create and optimize automations for lead nurturing, follow-ups, bookings, onboarding, and re-engagement
• Implement and maintain tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversion events)
• Monitor funnel performance, CRM hygiene, and campaign metrics
• QA, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize funnels and workflows

Qualifications

• 13+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms
• Proven experience building and optimizing funnels and automation workflows
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and CRM best practices
• Detail-oriented, organized, and confident in explaining systems to non-technical stakeholders
• Graphic design knowledge and experience
• Strong English communication skills
