Specific Job title/Position:Senior Specialist, Finance Controllership - Client Settlement
Possibly this role is INDINVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR - will not handle the team directly
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa -Hybrid – usually Once to 2x a month required onsite work to attend Connection Day; Day 1 is onsite for HR Day; (For reverification the specific number of onsite days)
- Amenable to work on a Nightshift schedule: : 5:00PM to 2:00 AM PHTT
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounting
- Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
- relevant experience in client settlement in a banking industry: daily client funding and ensure that all clients are funded timely and accurately & account reconciliations for Client Settlement financial activity in accordance with GAAP
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and customer service.
- Experience with existing financial system a plus (Blackline, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with settlement systems such as MBS, CMOD, TRAMS, SNSS a plus
- Experience in FDR
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Software Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization and follow up skills.
- Ability to execute in a fast-changing environment
