Senior Accounting Specialist (Cash/Recon)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations (month-end and closing).
• Perform daily balancing of accounts (customer payments, disbursements, and etc.).
• Support process improvements, testing, implementation and governance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance or any related field.
• With 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting with reconciliation in BPO/shared service/international industries.
• Must have intermediate experience in reconciliation, research, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good to have experience in Oracle or Blackline.
• Good to have background in banking and treasury.
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Engagement: Direct hire and for permanent.
• Work Schedule: 4:30 PM- 1:30 AM
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (once a month onsite)
• Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Preferably CAN START ASAP
