Full-Time US-Hours Sales & Admin Virtual Assistant

(Philippines Only 100% EST Schedule, Flexible Tasks)

We are a U.S.-based IT/MSP company (Cayenne Consulting Corp) that manages systems for multiple businesses and places high-performing VAs with our internal team and our clients.

We need ONE reliable, sharp, money-driven closer/admin who can:

  • Handle inbound leads across different industries (phone calls, texts, emails, DMs)
  • Qualify, close sales, and aggressively upsell products/services
  • Send invoices/quotes, schedule appointments, follow up relentlessly
  • Handle light admin, CRM updates, data entry, or research tasks
  • Switch seamlessly between our internal projects and 24 different client accounts as needed

This is a long-term, full-time role directly with our company. You work for us we decide daily/weekly tasks and which client you support.

Schedule NON-NEGOTIABLE

100% USA Eastern Time

Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST

Possible Sunday work when needed (paid extra)

NO SATURDAYS EVER

In Philippine time this is approximately 9:00 PM 6:00 AM PHT (next day) MondayFriday + occasional Sundays.

You must be 100% available during ALL these hours with no conflicts.

Pay (USD, paid weekly)
  • Base: $7$12/hour (higher for strong proven sales results)
  • Uncapped commissions & performance bonuses on closed deals/upsells
  • Top performers easily earn $2,000$4,000+/month

  • Must-Have Requirements

    • Near-native or perfect American English (written + spoken)
    • Clear, confident, fully neutral or American accent no heavy Filipino accent (tested immediately)
    • Minimum 1 year proven phone/text/email sales or high-ticket customer service experience
    • Fast, accurate typing with flawless grammar and spelling
    • Rock-solid fiber internet + backup connection + quiet, professional workspace
    • Comfortable learning new tools and switching industries quickly
