Job Responsibilities
- Overall management of the club, coordinating with the operations manager to implement various marketing strategies.
- Execute tasks and performance indicators assigned by the club general manager.
- Effectively manage the division of labor among club personnel and the effective management of member clients.
- Supervise the management of product losses in the club and maintain control over product losses.
- Acquire knowledge of maintenance and upkeep of various equipment in the club.
- Supervise cleanliness and hygiene both inside and outside the club, responsible for security, fire prevention, and related operations management.
- Handle customer complaints and various conflicts that may arise in the course of service.
- Responsible for staff training and education.
Job Requirements
- Language: Mandarin & English
- Minimum three years of experience in the beauty/hotel industry, with at least one year of experience as a beauty/hotel/club manager and extensive experience in store management.
- Proficient in team management, customer management, product management, display management, logistics and distribution, and familiar with the formulation and execution of various store processes.
- Strong team management and communication skills, able to handle high work intensity and pressure.
- Dedicated and conscientious, with strong work abilities and interpersonal skills.
