Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the annual training plan and monthly training schedule for the club.
- Organize and coordinate the implementation of the annual and monthly training plans for the club.
- Provide regular feedback to the higher-level leadership on the implementation results of the club's training.
- Communicate with relevant departments and personnel to obtain assistance required for training work.
- Review various training materials and be responsible for employee assessments.
- Understand departments deeply and understand their training needs and provide feasible teaching suggestions.
Job Requirements
- Language: Mandarin & English
- Associate's degree or above, with at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Familiar with the procedures of training work for the position.
- Knowledge of service work norms and quality standards for hotel/SPA/restaurant employees.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer operation and familiarity with e-learning methods.
