You're a handson Java engineer who loves turning complex problems into elegant, intelligent solutions. You thrive at the intersection of Java, AI, and modern cloud engineering, and you get energized by building systems that learn, automate, and scale.
You know how to connect the dots across backend services, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and AI model endpoints. You've built features powered by LLMs, semantic search, vector stores, embeddings, and RAG using frameworks like Java platforms (Spring Boot, Java EE, Spring Application Framework, Node.js), Quarkus, or Micronaut.
You're a natural problemsolver who designs resilient, highperformance services and uses AI to boost reliability, automation, and system intelligence. You collaborate effortlessly with Product, MLOps, Data Science, and Platform teams and you're always learning, experimenting, and staying ahead in the fastmoving AI + Java world.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain Javabased, AIenabled applications and backend services
Implement DevOps best practices with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and monitoring tools
Apply secure coding standards including IAM, encryption, and enterprise security practices
Contribute to system architecture, design discussions, and technical decisionmaking
Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality, productionready AI features
Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development; 2+ years in lead developer or junior architect roles.
Strong Java programming skills + experience with AI/ML frameworks and tooling
Excellent debugging, problemsolving, and communication abilities
Handson familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring platforms
Solid understanding of secure coding and enterprise security principles
Ability to balance handson coding with architectural thinking
Adaptable, curious, and eager to explore new technologies
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Cloud or AI certifications (AWS Developer, Azure Developer Associate, Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty) are a plus.
