We are a dynamic and agile team revolutionizing field operations by designing data-driven AI solutions that optimize OpEx, CX, sales, billing, and other key metrics across our national technician workforce. As part of our team, you'll contribute to high-visibility programs that are transforming the telecommunications business model.

Day to Day:

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll design, implement, and scale APIs and services; collaborate with product and design teams to solve complex business problems; mentor teammates; and continuously optimize systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability. You'll also explore innovative Agentic AI-powered features to enhance our applications and APIs.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming or a related field
• 3+ years of experience developing enterprise-scale applications and APIs
• Python, Javascript, Typescript, SQL and API frameworks (FastAPI, Express.js, Node.js)
• Experience deploying, scaling and managing containerized applications and APIs in Kubernetes on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.)
• Ability to build ETL pipelines and asynchronous messaging systems using Pub/Sub
• Familiarity with IaC (Terraform) for scheduling workflows and managing projects
• Knowledge of best Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices
• Experience building Agentic AI applications/APIs and the associated challenges
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills required for conceiving of and explaining solutions to stakeholders
