Full Stack Engineer

What you'll do:

Develop React features for a fast, scalable user experience
Build and maintain backend infrastructure for AI-powered applications (Python & Node.js)
Integrate and optimize third-party systems and APIs
Design performant API endpoints to support frontend and AI model interactions
Build and optimize data systems with MongoDB
Deploy and manage applications with Docker in cloud environments (GCP, Heroku)
Ensure high performance, reliability, and low-latency AI interactions
Collaborate closely with ML researchers, frontend engineers, and product managers

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced React expertise: Zustand, TanStack Query, Vitest/Cypress, Vite
MongoDB database design and optimization
Firebase authentication experience for web apps
Containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (GCP, Heroku)
Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and AI agent orchestration
Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ/Redis)
Familiarity with microservices architecture
Integration experience with HRIS, Zoom, Slack or similar data pipelines
