We are looking for a
Senior Full Stack Engineer based in the Philippines to join our innovative product and engineering team.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to work in a
remote-first, international team while building high-impact software used by real estate professionals across the U.S.
You'll be part of a small, agile team that rapidly prototypes new features and builds integrations with third-party tools. Your work will directly impact thousands of usersand you'll do it while collaborating with some of the most down-to-earth, passionate people in tech.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Own feature development across the full stack, from database to user interface
- Work proficiently with our core technologies while learning and adopting new ones as needed
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Google Cloud Platform
- Develop expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks
- Own code components and manage data models for assigned features
- Contribute to architectural and technical decisions for owned components
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
- Implement and maintain secure coding practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and development practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Manage source control workflows and resolve merge conflicts
- Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews
What You'll Need To Be Successful
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Experience in scalable B2B cloud-native platforms
- Solid technical and architectural judgment
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones
- Bonus if you've worked on Machine Learning or data-driven products
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
