Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in PHP, React, and API integrations to support and expand our internal systems. This role focuses heavily on building tools that integrate with NetSuite, automating ERP workflows, and transforming manual Excel-based processes into scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, and excited about improving operational efficiency through custom software solutions.

IMPORTANT: This role requires full-time availability during U.S. business hours (Mountain Time preferred). Candidates unable to work aligned to U.S. time zones will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain web applications using PHP (backend) and React (frontend) to support core business operations.
• NetSuite Integrations: Design and implement API connections between internal systems and NetSuite, using PHP to automate ERP workflows and data entry.
• ERP Data Automation: Create an automated solution to streamline the creation of items, assemblies, and bills of material within NetSuite.
• Replace Excel Processes: Develop web-based tools that replace advanced Excel workflows, such as inventory management and operational tracking.
• Reporting & Data Tools: Build data export features and reporting dashboards for purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, and inventory oversight.
• Inventory Forecasting Features: Implement basic forecasting logic within the custom web environment to improve decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Internal Capability Building: Support the ongoing development of in-house web development processes, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 35 years of web development experience, or equivalent portfolio demonstrating strong technical execution
• Proficiency in PHP and React
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and third-party integrations
• Experience with ERP systems or enterprise software integrations (NetSuite experience is a MUST)
• Experience with API Integration using NetSuite
• Familiarity with database design, SQL queries, and data management workflows
• Understanding of inventory management, supply chain concepts, or operational workflows
• Ability to build and manage data import/export pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Quick learner with the ability to understand complex business processes and convert them into technical solutions
• Solid foundational knowledge of both front-end and back-end development principles
