Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, Microservices, and modern frontend technologies, along with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI.

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and supporting scalable applications and AI-powered solutions. The candidate will work closely with product, design, and platform teams and will also be responsible for guiding offshore engineers and driving technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and mentor a team of offshore engineers and ensure successful delivery of projects.

● Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.

● Build and maintain microservices-based applications using REST APIs, JSON, and OpenAPI/Swagger.

● Develop backend applications using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

● Design and implement responsive and scalable user interfaces using React or Angular.

● Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following software engineering best practices.

● Develop automated unit, integration, and contract tests using PyTest and other testing frameworks.

● Design and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.

● Build RAG pipelines involving document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, metadata, retrieval, and evaluation.

● Develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.

● Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for tool/resource integration where applicable.

● Implement AI guardrails including input/output filtering, prompt-injection protection, PII controls, and policy enforcement.

● Integrate vector databases, relational databases, caching systems, and secure data connectors.

● Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications.

● Work with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and monitoring/observability tools.

● Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to deliver production-grade solutions.

● Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring.

Required Technical Skills

1. Java & Spring Boot

● 10+ years of software development experience.

● Strong hands-on experience with Java and Object-Oriented Programming.

● Minimum 3+ years of Spring Boot experience.

● Minimum 5+ years of Microservices development.

● Strong experience developing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.

● Good knowledge of JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, authentication, and authorization.

2. Python Backend

● Strong hands-on Python development experience, preferably 5+ years.

● Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

● Knowledge of asynchronous programming, typing, packaging, performance optimization, and code quality tools.

● Experience with REST API development and backend integrations.

3. Frontend

● 3+ years of experience with React or Angular.

● Experience with component development, state management, routing, forms, and responsive UI.

● Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks such as Jest or Playwright.

● Understanding of accessibility and performance optimization.

4. GenAI / Agentic AI

● Minimum 1+ year of hands-on GenAI experience.

● Strong understanding of:

○ LLMs

○ Prompt engineering

○ Embeddings

○ Tokenization and context windows

○ Function/tool calling

○ RAG

○ Agentic AI

○ AI workflows and orchestration

● Experience building RAG pipelines.

● Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.

● Understanding of AI agents, planning, tool orchestration, memory, and error handling.

● Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol).

● Experience implementing AI guardrails, prompt-injection protection, PII controls, and safety mechanisms.

5. Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure

● Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.

● Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

● Understanding of secrets management, configuration management, monitoring, logging, and observability.

● Experience with Kafka or other messaging/streaming technologies.

6. Database & Data Technologies

● Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.

● Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.

● Hands-on experience with Vector Databases.

● Understanding of embeddings and vector search.

7. Testing & Development Tools

● Experience with PyTest and automated testing.

● Exposure to integration and contract testing.

● Experience with Git and API development/testing tools such as Postman.

● Exposure to IntelliJ/Eclipse and Cucumber is preferred.
