Sr. Java Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies. The role works across the software development lifecycle and collaborates on technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex, multi-tiered web applications.
• Develop backend services using Java/JEE, Spring MVC, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and SQL.
• Build responsive web interfaces using React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform code enhancements, and resolve programming defects.
• Develop unit and automated tests and support test-driven development.
• Participate in Agile development and Git-based version control.
• Document technical solutions, application changes, and implementation plans.
• Stay updated on software development best practices and recommend improvements to development standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Java development experience and 5+ years of frontend/web development experience.
• Strong experience with Java/JEE, Spring MVC, REST APIs, React.js, HTML/CSS, SQL, JPA/Hibernate.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, and responsive web development.
• Experience with Git, Agile methodology, unit testing, and test-driven development.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) and on a fixed morning or mid shift in QC.
