Role purpose
Develop, maintain and support the proprietary platform and related services using secure, reliable and maintainable engineering practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build software changes from approved requirements and architecture.
- Write maintainable code, automated tests and technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, estimation, backlog refinement and release planning.
- Investigate incidents and defects, perform root-cause analysis and restore service within priorities.
- Protect customer information through secure coding, least-privilege and controlled logging.
- Support deployments, rollback planning, monitoring and post-release verification.
- Collaborate with analysts, testers, platform owners and operations users.
Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years in full-stack, backend or platform engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with modern APIs, databases, testing and CI/CD.
- Experience in secure, customer-data environments preferred.
