Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Java Developer responsible for designing, developing, and managing Java-based applications. Here are some key roles and responsibilities typically associated with this position:
Roles And Responsibilities
- Front-End Development: Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Database Management: Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- API Integration: Develop and integrate APIs to connect front-end and back-end components.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct performance tests and optimize code for efficiency.
- Security: Implement security measures to protect data and applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
- Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Java: Strong understanding of Java and its ecosystems.
- Front-End Technologies: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Back-End Technologies: Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- API Development: Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Educational Requirements:
- Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in full stack development, particularly with Java.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in software development, particularly in Java.
- Had a strong experience in efficiently storing data to optimize space and performance.
- Team players typically have strong communication, collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skill
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid setup – once a month as the standard schedule (training stage: twice a month). Priority location: Cebu.
- Other office locations available: Eastwood, Alabang, SM North, and Clark.
Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday 12nn - 9pm
