AT A GLANCE
As a Full Stack Designer, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into user-friendly design solutions. You will be responsible for designing and prototyping elegant user interfaces for web applications, implementing front-end code, and integrating design assets with back-end systems. Additionally, you will apply best practices in web design and front-end development to optimize performance and accessibility, conduct usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into user-friendly design solutions.
- Design and prototype elegant user interfaces for web applications.
- Implement front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Integrate design assets and front-end code with back-end systems to create fully functional web applications.
- Apply best practices in web design and front-end development to optimize performance and accessibility.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in web designing tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Expertise in front-end programming languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Next.js.
- Solid understanding of system flows, user experience principles, and interaction design concepts.
- Experience with back-end development using languages such as Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails is a plus.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
