Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

About the Role

Our client is expanding their go-to-market team, and they're looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Inbound Sales Specialist to join them! This is a hybrid role where you'll own the inbound lead flow—qualifying, engaging, and scheduling demos—while also leading the full sales cycle for smaller prospects.

You will own the initial touchpoint for inbound leads and drive the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized nonprofits interested in their off-the-shelf solution.

Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management:

  • Respond to inbound interest quickly and professionally across multiple channels (email, chat, web forms).
  • Qualify and route leads based on need, size, and fit.
  • Schedule demos and hand off larger prospects to AEs.

Sales Ownership:

  • Manage the entire sales process - from first touch to close.
  • Understand customer needs and position our off-the-shelf solution accordingly.
  • Follow up on partial leads, free signups, and dropped demos to re-engage and convert.
  • Maintain a high volume of personalized outreach while balancing consultative selling.

Collaboration & CRM Hygiene:

  • Work closely with marketing to improve inbound flows and conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Keep HubSpot CRM organized and up to date for all deal stages.

Competencies and Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in inbound sales, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven track record managing inbound pipelines and closing small deals.
  • High energy, self-starter attitude, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Comfortable with fast response times and juggling multiple prospects.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with Sales Force and modern sales tools (Apollo, Zoom Info, or any similar tools).
