About The Role
As a
Fulfillment Team Head, you will manage the overall operations of Fulfillment Team assigned to you. You will be responsible for effective delivery and quality output of the section particularly in enrollment and maintenance of a business deal of the products under the purview of Cash Management Division, which can be positioned as business solutions for wholesale accounts. You will ensure strict compliance to established policies of the Bank and other regulatory agencies and that all Cash Management service applications, business deals of products/services under the purview of Wholesale Banking Group are processed. You will read enrollment/fulfillment team to exceed agreed metrics and work with units within and outside Service Delivery Department to assess improvement points, review market landscape changes, etc.
How you'll contribute
- Provides strategic direction to Enrollment Team and or leads in delivering agreed KRAs and SLA targets
- Manages attrition, retention efforts and absenteeism, ensuring proper staffing is allocated in the team daily operations and support
- Regularly conducts team meetings to review targets and share critical updates that may impact operations/support
- Acts as next level of escalation in coordinating with internal partners in resolving incidents that will impact client's operation and/or bank's reputational risk
- Reviews and approves documents related to customer enrollment being required by customers
- Provides timely and regular updates with internal partners utilizing different channels (MS Teams/email/calls) when required
- Reviews and provides analysis/insights on team's trends required for reports/business reviews
- Conducts regular updates/reports to Client Onboarding Unit Head on escalated concerns/performance
- Gathers customer feedback and business intelligence through data available and work on initiatives that can automate or better processes
- Reviews and updates outdated FAQs/Processes and Procedures in team's sharepoint
- Actively participates in meetings set by internal partners by sharing updates on performance or previously required actions
- Manages relationship with external stakeholders by joining/attending client meetings when required
- Collaborates with different internal partners who provide key roles in contributing to the team's success
What we're looking for
- Graduate of any business course
- With at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with experience and understanding of Cash Management products and services
- Ability to motivate the team to execute all initiatives that will contribute to the growth of the business and effective leadership
