About The Role
As a Fulfillment Team Head, you are responsible for the overall performance of your respective Region/Business segment, overseeing and supporting the daily operations of client enrollment of a business deal of the products under the purview of Cash Management Division, which can be positioned as business solutions for wholesale accounts.
How you'll contribute
- Directs, guides, trains, motivates, and evaluates performance of staff/officer directly supervised, contributing to the motivation/development of team through professional leadership
- Reviews/verifies & validates (against EQ/CRM/ MV SVS) if the documents submitted are complete, consistent and in order
- Approves client enrollment/maintenance/deactivation in Digibanker systems
- Reviews and activate/ deactivate eligible deposit accounts, including third party account/s, collection account/s, BIPPs Buyers Debit Account and BIPPs Merchants collection accounts as encoded by the client via SBC Digibanker
- Monitors sending of original Digibanker documents to CDC – Records for scanning, indexing and safekeeping
- Prepares monthly Digibanker Enrollment Statistics Report
- Monitors all enrolled/regularization of Digibanker documents
- Monitors submission of summary report at the start of the week for CMS enrollments processed covering the previous week for branch reference
- Monitors submission of weekly consolidated report for the list of clients with pending regularization or pending submission of hard copy of signed enrollment form
- Reports any issue/problem encountered that will affect enrollment TAT to ITG/concerned unit
- Coordinates with and provides support to activities/projects of the bank through review of test results.
What we're looking for
- Graduate of any business course
- With 3-10 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with experience and understanding of Cash Management products and services
- Ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources and determine relevancy
- Forward thinking and demonstrates confidentiality and strong judgment in all types of situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
