Location:Ortigas, Philippines (Hybrid)
Role:Frontline Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for enterprise business applications
  • Resolve incidents, service requests, and user inquiries
  • Translate business requirements into system transactions or technical solutions
  • Support application onboarding and user adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Document solutions, processes, and best practices
  • Handle escalations and mentor team members (Senior level)

Support Focus: Global Transactional Order-to-Fulfill
  • Main support channels include tickets, workflows, email, and call-out processes
  • Handle issues that require cross-functional understanding (process, business, and technology)
  • Identify patterns, troubleshoot effectively, and provide consistent solutions
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to resolve complex concerns

Experience Levels
  • Associate:Up to 4 years of customer support experience (email, chat, and ticketing)
  • Specialist: 4+ years ofcustomer support experience (email, chat, and ticketing); can work independently
  • Senior Specialist: 4+ years ofcustomer support experience (email, chat, and ticketing); handles complex issues and acts as SME/mentor

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience incustomer support (email, chat, and ticketing)
  • Exposure to enterprise systems likeSAPorServiceNowis a plus
