Role:Frontline Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support for enterprise business applications
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and user inquiries
- Translate business requirements into system transactions or technical solutions
- Support application onboarding and user adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices
- Handle escalations and mentor team members (Senior level)
Support Focus: Global Transactional Order-to-Fulfill- Main support channels include tickets, workflows, email, and call-out processes
- Handle issues that require cross-functional understanding (process, business, and technology)
- Identify patterns, troubleshoot effectively, and provide consistent solutions
- Work closely with subject matter experts to resolve complex concerns
Experience Levels- Associate:Up to 4 years of customer support experience (email, chat, and ticketing)
- Specialist: 4+ years ofcustomer support experience (email, chat, and ticketing); can work independently
- Senior Specialist: 4+ years ofcustomer support experience (email, chat, and ticketing); handles complex issues and acts as SME/mentor
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience incustomer support (email, chat, and ticketing)
- Exposure to enterprise systems likeSAPorServiceNowis a plus
