Job Description
Assist in delivering excellent guest service and ensuring smooth Front Office operations while maintaining the hotel's service standards and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service to all guests at the Front Desk.
Handle guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and reservation verification.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Answer phone calls using proper telephone etiquette and assist with guest communications.
Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the property management system.
Assist with walk-in guests, upselling rooms, and promoting hotel services and facilities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service and operations.
Report guest concerns, complaints, or incidents to the Front Office Team Leader or Manager.
